E-Statements: So Easy, Safe, and Convenient, You'll Wonder Why You Ever Bothered With Paper!

What are E-Statements?
E-Statements are a simple and convenient service that makes managing your finances easier. Rather than waiting to have your statement mailed to you, you can see all of your account activity online more quickly with E-Statements.

How do I access E-Statements?
First, you must be enrolled in our Home Banking service and have a valid username and password. When your E-Statement is ready to be viewed, you will receive an email notification. Simply log onto our website, www.penneastfcu.org and click on Account Login. After logging in, click on Statements and your E-Statement will be ready for you!

Is it safe?
Yes. Your statement, just like the rest of your Home Banking information, is encrypted and access to that information is protected by your username and password. As always, remember to keep your account information a secret to protect your security.

Will I still receive a paper statement?
No. By enrolling in the E-Statement service, you will no longer receive a paper statement at the end of the month. If you need a paper copy of your statement, you can either print your E-Statement from your browser's window or contact the credit union. We will be happy to provide you with a paper copy of your statement, but there is a $5.00 fee per statement.

What if I need to see a statement from a few months ago?
E-Statements are stored online for 12 months, so you can look up any of the information you need. If you need a statement from beyond that time frame, just contact us!

Will I still receive the quarterly newsletter?
Our quarterly newsletter is available online! Just click the Newsletters tab from our homepage.

What is the cost?
E-Statements is a free service offered by Penn East Federal Credit Union for your convenience.

How do I get started?
Simply log on to our website and click on Home Banking Account Login. After logging in, click on Self Services and then under the Additional Services link click on E-Statements. Follow the directions on the screen and click submit. Your E-Statement will be ready for the following month. It's that easy! If you need to make a change to your email address or if you want to go back to paper statements, you will use the same page to make any changes. Please note, if you enroll or make any changes within three business days of the end of the month, those changes will not take effect until the following month.
