This financial institution does not intend for our Website to be directed at children less than 13 years old, but individuals within this age group could register for online accounts.

Penn East Federal Credit Union, does not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 13 without containing verifiable consent from their parents. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us (name, address, email, account number, telephone, social security number), we will only use that information to respond directly to that child, seek parental consent, or provide parental notice. We are not responsible for the data collection and use practices of nonaffiliated third parties to which our web sites may link. Parties with which Penn East Federal Credit Union is affiliated are Liberty Enterprises, Inc., Home Financial Services, CUNA Mutual Group, and Mid Atlantic Corporation.

A parent or guardian has the right to review the personal information collected on a child under 13 years old. If requested, the parent or guardian can have the information deleted and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child’s information.
